1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Intelibs ("we", "us") collects through the Intelibs GNSS
applications, web console, and services (the "Service"), and how we use and protect it.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and password (stored only as a
salted hash), and organization/role details you provide.
- GNSS & device data — data your receivers and devices report to the Service:
position/fixes, satellite and signal metrics, time, receiver and device identifiers, and session
recordings you create.
- Site photos — photos you capture, with the title, note, timestamp, and (when
available) the GPS location you attach.
- Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive
confirmation and subscription status; we do not receive or store your full card
details.
- Technical data — a login session cookie and basic connection information needed
to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
- To provide monitoring, acceptance testing, recording, and historical logging;
- To keep a record of your GNSS data so you can review past logs and locations;
- To authenticate you, manage subscriptions and device allowances, and provide support;
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
4. Location data
The Service is designed to collect and store GNSS positions and geotagged photos because that is its core
purpose — a record of where and how receivers performed. This data is associated with your account and used
to provide the Service to you.
5. How we share it
- We do not sell your data.
- We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service — for example Stripe (payments)
and our hosting infrastructure.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
6. Storage & retention
Data is stored on our servers and, for offline use, cached on your devices. We retain your data for as long
as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it on request or in
line with our retention practices.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access
controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your choices & rights
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. An
administrator can remove devices and their data from the console at any time.
9. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in to the web console. We do not use
third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is a professional tool and is not directed to children.
